To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Use: The item must not be worn or used.
  • Packaging: It must be returned with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return:

  1. Contact us: Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Return label: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return label and further instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Shipping info: Let us know once you’ve sent the parcel back, including the tracking details.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges
Would you like a different size? Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you exchange your item for a better fit or a different product. We aim to make the exchange process as easy and convenient as possible.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
